Huisarts31 is for anyone who is used to using digital tools. Whether you order a taxi, book a holiday or organize other matters, there is a handy app for everything. We want your care to be easy to arrange and always available. Our platform is particularly suitable for those who do not yet have a GP, are moving soon or have just moved, or want a future proof healthcare experience.

To register with Huisarts31 complete the following steps:

Register using the registration form below. You will receive an email for confirmation.
We will call you with the phonenumber 085-3410105 to complete the registration, give you a brief explanation and, if necessary, answer your questions.
Were you already registered with a GP? Contact your previous GP to deregister so that we can receive your file as soon as possible.
Download the Cory.Care app and create an account. You can get started right away!

Create an account

You will receive an email to verify your account. Check your Spam folder if you have not received it within 5 minutes.

Start a new session

You start a new session for each complaint. You can leave this open as long as your complaint is still bothering you. This way you can send an update or a question at any time or we can follow up with you to see how things are going.

Tell us about your complaint

Share your complaint if something is bothering you. Our assistant will request all further information and then connect you to the GP who will handle your complaint.

Update us whenever it suits you

Does your complaint bother you at night, or do you suddenly remember something? You can also simply send a message or a photo. We will help you with it as soon as possible.
